Is Chocolate Good for You?

INTRODUCTION

                                     The delicous soothing sensation of the rich creamy chocolate. It has been one of the main atractions for desserts. But as lovely as it can get it also is very deadly and unhealthy. The question is does chocolate benefit you? Besides being to good! We will find out all the hidden secrets behind chocolate. According to recent studies the only healthy chocolate is dark chocolate. WHY I'M SAD! It contains more of the ingredient cocoa. Scientist tested it and claimed that it has the power to reduce heart disease. There is something about the cocoa in dark chocolate that allows this to happen. Cocoa is made of flavonoids that have antidoxidant effects that can lower the effects of heart disease. Flavonoids improve blood flow and reduce blood pressure which lowers stress which is essential to heart disease which leads to a vicous heart attack. This study is not approved fully and needs more research. But be aware that if you eat to much chocolate it has too much fat and sugar which leads to heart disease and a heart attack. I highly reccomend that you eat dark chocolate more frequently but not too much. Also make sure that you get a dark chocolate that has more than 50% cocoa. Dark chocloate has great benefits and also bad dangers. So if you grab a dark chocolate bar make sure it has more cocoa than sodium or calories and you will enjoy the chocolate and stay healthy.


MY OPINION

                                In my opinion I think that dark chocolate is great way to stay healthy. I think this because it can reduce the harsh damages of heart disease. I think that people will like this topic because people eat chocolate most of the time they eat chocolate and they will like to know the health benefits of chocolate.
